Angela Ine Frank-Briggs

She is a highly organized and results-driven administrator with over twenty years of experience managing and coordinating training programs for professionals across various industries. She is a Medical Doctor and a Professor of Paediatric Neurology. She has been head of department in the prestigious University of Port Harcourt, and in the Department of Paediatrics at the University Teaching hospital Nigeria. She has been the Director of Centre for Children with Disability and Communication Disorder. She is a product of Haggai International Institute for Advanced Leadership Training, Maui, USA. She is adept at developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training initiatives that enhance skills, performance, and compliance. She has a strong background in identifying training needs, creating educational materials, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure continuous professional growth.


Additionally, she has proven ability to collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to design customized training solutions, track progress, and ensure the successful on boarding and upskilling of professionals. She has been a facilitator in training programs and has skills in scheduling, resource management, and providing clear communication to facilitate smooth training processes. Prof. Frank-Briggs is passionate about fostering a culture of learning and development, seeking to contribute expertise in a training administrator role to improve workforce capabilities and organizational success.


She is presently the Provost of College of Health Sciences in the Unique University of Port Harcourt, which comprises five Faculties and thirty Departments.
