Ms. Rihanna Nursema

Rihanna Nursema is a medical student and youth leader currently serving as President of the Ethiopian Medical Students’ Association. In this role, she engages in strengthening collaboration among medical students and supporting initiatives related to community health, advocacy, and medical education. Her interests include promoting student involvement in shaping learning environments, encouraging peer-to-peer capacity building, and contributing to discussions around socially responsive medical training. Passionate about service and leadership, Rihanna is committed to empowering future healthcare professionals to actively engage in community health, medical education, policy dialogue, and socially responsible innovation.
