Ms. Liliane Uwase

Liliane Uwase is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI and digital health. She works at the University of Global Health Equity, where she leads the design and development of AI-enabled digital learning platforms for the Center for Transformative Learning Technologies. With over five years of experience across software engineering, IT operations, and education technology, she has led full product lifecycles, mentored junior developers, and collaborated with educators, researchers, and technical teams to build scalable solutions for health education. Liliane holds an MSc in Computer Science from IU International University of Applied Sciences in Germany and a BSc in Computer Engineering from Angeles University Foundation in the Philippines, where she graduated Cum Laude and received the Best Thesis Award. She is also a Global Health Corps Africa Leadership Accelerator Fellow, with a strong commitment to equitable technology and women’s leadership in technical fields.
