Ms. Namakau Chipoya

Namakau Chipoya is a Fifth-year medical student at the Copperbelt University School of Medicine Zambia, pursuing a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. She is the first female President of the School of Medicine Union and currently serves as Guild Judicial Secretary, Secretary General for COBUMEDSA, Publicity Secretary for MedTalk Zambia, and co-founder of Mitanda Fitness Club. Passionate about creating change in healthcare, her main interest is Obstetrics and Gynecology, where she is conducting research. Namakau has also volunteered with Mercy House, TDRC, and the Zambian Youth Indaba, while leading major student and health-related initiatives. She is currently serving as the as COMS-A Student Pleneray subcommittee Co- Chair with Stacey Akinyi.
