Elizabeth H. Bradley

Elizabeth H. Bradley, PhD is President of Vassar and is deeply engaged with research on higher education globally. With her leadership, Vassar has established new partnerships in India, Rwanda, and the United Kingdom to develop models of liberal arts higher education in these settings. President Bradley is a scholar of public health and has published 325 peer-reviewed papers, 35 book chapters, and has co-authored three books, including The American Healthcare Paradox: Why Spending More Is Getting Us Less. She has been elected to the National Academy of Medicine and is a member of the Council of Foreign Affairs.
