Registration Fees

The fees are listed in USD and ETB. Early Bird rates apply to registrations completed before May 2026. Group rates apply to groups of 8 or more delegates registering together.

ETB (Ethiopian Birr) amounts shown for Africa-based delegates are indicative and subject to change based on the foreign exchange rate at the time of payment.

What Registration Includes

How to Pay

There are two payment options available:
 

Option 1: Card Payment

Pay using a debit or credit card through the online registration platform. Once payment is confirmed, your registration will be automatically approved and a receipt will be sent to you by email. Use this link to register and pay via card.

Option 2: Bank Transfer in Ethiopian Birr (ETB)

This option is available to delegates who wish to pay in Ethiopian Birr via bank transfer. To complete payment, scan the barcode below. A valid Ethiopian commercial bank account is required.

Receipts and Invoices​
